摘  要:以宁夏宁东矿区产煤矸石为合成原料,原料经过研磨、酸洗、干燥、氯化焙烧、再酸洗和干燥等预处理后,再分别采用传统水热合成法和添加助剂的改进合成法,制备了4A分子筛。经XRD和SEM表征,合成的4A分子筛具有结晶度高,晶型规整等特性。The coal gangue with high silica of Ningdong was used as raw material to synthe- size 4A molecular sieve. At first, the raw ore was grinded, leached by hydrochloric acid, baking, chloridizing roasting, acid pickling again and drying. After pretreatment, 4A-Zeolite was synthesized by traditional hydrothermal method and adding citric acid hydrothermal method. The products were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the products were 4A zeolites molecular sieve with high crystallinity and complete crystal form.
