摘  要:以广东天然分布的208株樟树优树自由授粉子代为对象,在粤东河源开展遗传测定,分别测量了9 a时的3个生长性状(树高、胸径和单株材积)与2个形质性状(通直度和树干数)指标。结果表明:上述5个性状在家系水平上存在显著差异,且具有较高的遗传变异。变异受较强程度的遗传控制,其中家系遗传力为0.56~0.85,单株遗传力为0.23~0.82。遗传相关性分析发现,3个生长性状间紧密相关,相关系数均超过0.90,但生长性状与形质性状以及形质性状相互之间均不存在明显相关。利用综合选择指数Ic和20%入选率筛选到生长和干形优良的家系共41个,其生长性状均具有较高遗传增益,但形质性状的遗传增益不明显。The 208 openpollinated progeny of superior families of camphor tree Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl. was collected from plus-trees of natural forests in Heyuan of Guangdong province, and planted in Dongjiang Forest Farm for the progeny testing. The three growth traits (Height, diameter at breast height and individual volume) and two form traits (stem straightness and stem number) of the 9-year-old trees were measured. The results show that there were significant differences about pedigree levels among the five traits indexes, all indexes had higher genetic variation, the genetic variations were under relatively strong genetic control with family heritabilities from 0.56 to 0.85 and individual heritabilities from 0.23 to 0.82. The genetic correlation analysis detected strong correlations among three growth traits, the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.90, but there existed no significant correlation between growth and form traits as well as among form traits indexes. The selections based on 20% of selection ratio and composite selection indices (Ic) screened out a total of 41 superior families with outstanding performance in growth and form. These superior families showed obvious genetic gains in growth traits but minor gains in form traits.
