连续钢箱梁加固横隔板的局部应力分析

摘　　要：以某工程项目钢箱梁铺装厚度调整为背景,分析桥面铺装调整后的钢箱梁横隔板在汽车荷载轮压作用下的应力状况,发现钢箱梁的二期恒载变化对钢箱梁的局部应力影响较大,已经不能满足结构的正常使用要求。因此对已加工成型的钢箱梁横隔板进行加固,经过分析,加固后的横隔板应力满足使用要求,其分析结果与处理方法可供同类钢箱梁横隔板设计参考。on the background of the change about the thickness of steel-box girder’s pavement, according to analyze the stress of the cross diaphragm which acted by the vehicle load wheel press,indi-cate that pavement change have a big influence on the partial stress of the cross diaphragm,conclude that the cross diaphragm can’t meet the normal.The cross diaphragm which have been molding was rein-forced,the stress analysis about the cross diaphragm indicate that the cross diaphragm work well.The conclusions and measures can be used in the design for the similar bridge.
