摘 要:为了研究改性沥青在高温条件下的粘弹性能,选择3种改性沥青在不同温度下进行多应力蠕变恢复试验(MSCR)。采用Superpave性能规范的最新指标对3种改性沥青的高温性能进行评价。结果表明:在0.1 kPa时,PE改性沥青的平均恢复率R100最大,并且不随温度发生较大改变;随着温度的升高,SBS、GTR改性沥青平均恢复率减小;在3.2 kPa时,3种改性沥青的平均恢复率R3200较为接近;比较两种应力条件下的结果,在64℃、70℃时,PE改性沥青由于应力增大,平均恢复率显著下降,平均不可恢复蠕变柔量Jnr显著增大;因此,有必要考虑较大应力对改性沥青性能的影响。本试验结果与弹性恢复试验结果一致,可以考虑用MSCR代替弹性恢复试验。由于采用了较大应力的加载方式以及平均恢复率、平均不可恢复蠕变柔量等评价指标,MSCR能全面评价改性沥青的性能。In order to study the visco-elastic property of modified asphalt binder at high tempera-ture,three modified asphalt binders were chosen to conduct the multiple stress creep recovery(MSCR) test at different temperature.The high temperature property of the three modified asphalt binders were evaluated by the latest index of Superpave Performance Standard.Results show that at the stress of 0. 1 kPa,the average recovery percent R100 of the PE modified asphalt binder is largest and stable,while for the other two modified asphalt binders the index decreases with the increase of temperature.At the stress of 3.2 kPa,the average recovery percent R3200 of three modified asphalt binders is closed.By compa-ring the result under the two different stress,it is suggested that for PE modified asphalt binder as the stress increases the average non-recoverable creep compliance Jnr increases and average recovery percent decreases at the temperature of 64 ℃ and 70 ℃.Thus ,it is necessary to consider the effect of larger stress on the property of modified asphalt binder.The elastic recovery test can be replaced by MSCR be-cause the result of two test are in agreement.MSCR can evaluate the property of modified asphalt binder because it adopts larger stress and the index of average recovery percent and non-recoverable creep com-pliance.
