中药塌渍联合远红外线照射治疗甲状腺功能亢进症临床疗效观察30例

摘　　要：目的:比较内服中药、外用中药塌渍联合远红外线照射与单纯口服西药治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法:选取中医辨证为痰结血瘀症型甲亢患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,西药对照组采用口服甲巯咪唑治疗,中药综合治疗组在对照组的基础上内服中药、外用中药塌渍,并联合远红外线照射。比较两组的疗效。结果:中药综合治疗组总有效率为83%,西药对照组为57%,中药综合治疗组疗效明显优于西药对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药内外合治联合远红外线照射治疗甲亢可有效提高临床疗效,简便验廉,缩短疗程,减少西药用量,无明显毒副作用。Objective： To compare the clinical effect of oral Chinese Medicine Topical Tazi Chinese medicine combined with far infrared radiation and simple oral western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Method： 60 phlegm and blood stasis type of hyperthyroidism patients were selected, and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method. The control group of western medicine was treated with oral administration of methimazole treatment of hyperthyroidism, and Chinese herb group was treated with Topical Tazi orally and externally combined with far infrared radiation.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result： The Chinese herb treatment group＇s total effective rate was 83% and western medicine group was 57%, the effect of the combined therapy of TCM group was better than that of the western medicine group （ P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion： Combined therapy of TCM treatment of hyperthyroidism can effectively improve the clinical curative effect. It has simple test cost. It can shorten the course of treatment and reduce western medicine dosage and has no obvious side effect.
