摘　　要：在中国古代文艺批评史上,《世说新语》所开创的文艺批评方法,彰显出来的思想性,对于先秦两汉以来的中国古代文艺批评形态的重构,起到了重要的作用,影响到唐宋时代的诗话批评形态的形成。但在既有的研究成果中,对于《世说新语》的这一价值、作用与地位,学者似乎认识并不够,因此,我们有必要重新对此加以探讨。In the history of Chinese ancient literary criticism, the critical method initiated by Shi Shuo Xin Yu has played an important role in the reconstruction of the forms of ancient literary criticism since pre-Qin period and the two Han dynasties. It has influenced the formation of the form of notes criticism of the Tang and Song dynasties. However,the value and significance of Shi Shuo Xin Yu hasfft been recog- nized adequately in the existing researches ,therefore it is necessary to make some new evaluation.
