摘　　要：目的探讨不同饮食方法对行脑血管介入手术患者迷走神经反射的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年10月—2013年9月行脑血管介入手术120例,分为对照组61例和观察组59例,对照组采取术前12 h禁食,4 h禁饮,术后1 h进食水;观察组术前无需禁食禁饮,若为接台手术患者还应在术前2 h进食50%左右的半流质的饮食方法,观察两组患者术中、术后迷走神经反射的发生率。结果对照组中有13例出现不同程度的迷走神经反射现象,观察组只有2例出现血压偏低,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血管介入手术患者术前无需禁食禁饮,按常规进食的方法可减少围手术期迷走神经反射的发生,提高手术成功率。Objective To explore the effect of different diets on the vagus nerve reflex in patients with nerve in- tervention. Methods Clinical data of 120 patients undergoing cerebrovascular intervention during October 2012 and September 2013 was retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into control group （n = 61 ） and observation group （n = 59）. The control group underwent fasting preoperative 12 h, interdicting drink preoperative 4h and drinking water postoperative lh; the observation group did not undergo preoperative fasting and interdicting drink, and for pa- tients, who were not the first operation of clinicians, should eat 50% semi-liquid diet in preoperative 2 h, Incidence rates of intraoperative and postoperative vagus nerve reflex in the two groups were observed. Results Thirteen patients in con- trol group had vagus nerve reflex in different degrees, while only 2 patients in observation group had low blood pressure, and the differences in the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Patients undergoing nerve intervention do not need preoperative fasting and interdicting drink, and conventional diet nursing care can reduce the in- cidence rate of perioperative vagus nerve reflex and improve the surgical success rate .
