摘　　要：与其他水利工程相比，南水北调中线工程具有点多、线长，管理模式多、参建单位多以及需要地方政府协调多等特点，造成施工阶段的投资控制难度极大。分析了影响投资控制的前期因素、当前施工阶段投资控制存在的问题以及影响投资控制的后期因素，提出了主要的措施建议。Compared with other water conservancy project, the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has the following characteristics： too many project and the lines long, too many management mode, too many contractors, and need the local government to help coordinate the work, cause the investment control during construction phase extremely hard. Analysis of the influence factors in the early period of the investment control, the current problems existing in the construction stage investment control as well as the factors influencing the invest- ment control of late, the main measures are put forward.
