摘　　要：南水北调工程建设期正处于我国经济发展的高速期，而这一时期正是处于物价持续上涨时期，通过对比2003年以来居民消费价格指数及固定资产投资价格指数的变化趋势，进一步分析了物价上涨及国家信贷政策变化对中线干线工程投资控制的影响。Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project construction is in a period of high-speed economic development and rising prices in our country. In this paper, through the contrast of the change trend of the consumer price index since 2003 and price indices of investment in fixed assets, analyzes the rise in prices and national credit policy changes on the influence of project investment control
