摘　　要：南水北调中线干线工程作为大型跨流域调水项目，合同种类繁多，管理情况复杂。在借鉴传统合同管理方法的基础上，提出了合同管理信息化的必要性，简要介绍了中线工程合同管理信息系统的基本框架，主要分析了系统主要功能和应用情况，并提供相关改进建议供参考。The Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project as a large-scale and transbasin water diversion project, covers a wide range of contracts, and the contracts management is full of complexity. On the basis of the traditional contract management method,this paper puts forward the necessity of the contract management^s informatization,introduces the basic framework of the middle route project contract management infor- mation system,mainly analyzes the system main function and the application situation, and provides some suggestions for reference.
