摘　　要：南水北调中线自动化调度系统招标工作具有技术专业性强、市场情况复杂、社会关注度高等特点，招标管理工作存在很大的潜在风险。通过对南水北调中线自动化调度系统的项目特点、潜在风险源的分析，总结了招标过程中的重点风险管理措施，为深入研究招标项目的风险管理提供经验和借鉴。The bidding for Automatic Dispatching System of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project has the characteristics of high professional technique, complex market, and high focus from the social aspects, so the bidding management do exist crucial potential risk. On the basis of analysis of the character of the Automatic Dispatching System and the potential risk factors, this paper concludes the main risk management measures during the bidding process, which provides experience and reference for the risk management of the following bidding programs.
