摘　　要：目的探讨整体化护理管理在主动脉夹层动脉瘤手术患者的应用与效果。方法分析我院2005年10月—2013年4月行腔内隔绝术手术治疗的82例Stanford B型主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者实施整体化护理管理的情况,其中5例患者先行颈部血管搭桥,再行腔内隔绝术。结果 78例患者术后均恢复顺利。结论整体化护理在主动脉夹层动脉瘤手术患者的应用,能促进治疗方案更好地实施,改善患者的住院体验,提高满意度,使患者很好地配合临床治疗,促进患者全面快速恢复。Objective To summarize the effect of the holistic nursing in patients undergoing aortic dissection. Methods Analyze the clinical data from October 2005 to April 2012,82 cases of Stanford B aortic dissection went through holistic nursing after endovascular surgeries,including five patients cervical vascular bypass first,then reendovascular. Results 78 cases of patients went through holistic nursing after surgeries were recovered smoothly,hospitalization fear were reduced,patient satisfaction were increased. After discharge about 3~6 months Accepted telephone interviews,the patients could remember the basic responsibility nurses,hospitalization feel better, no complications. Conclusion Holistic care applied in patients undergoing aortic dissection can effectively promote better implementation of treatment programs,can give the patient＆#39;s a good hospitalization experience,coordinate clinical perfectly and Promote the patients comprehensive and rapid recovery.
