摘　　要：加强高校党的建设,最根本的是培养造就中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人。而当今高校学生在党的认知、党的情感、入党动机、党的态度等方面存在着诸多程度不等的问题,这些问题如不及时解决,将妨碍高校人才培养目标的实现。In strengthening the construction of the party ,the most fundamental step is to train the qualified builders and reliable successors of the socialism cause with China characteristics .But today ’ s college students have problems in the party’s cognition,emotion,motivation to join the party,the party’s attitudes and so on.If these problems were not solved properly ,it would absolutely hinder the realization of the personnel training goal .
