药用真菌云芝的研究进展

摘　　要：云芝Coriolus versicolor是具有药用价值的木腐性大型真菌,其多糖能提高人体免疫力,具有护肝、抗癌等功效。笔者对云芝的分类、形态特征、地理分布、生物学特性、人工培养方法、化学活性成分、药理活性等方面的研究现状进行综述,以期为云芝进一步开发利用提供参考。Coriolus versieolor is a kind of wood-rotting fungi which have high medicinal value. The polysaccharide of C. versieolor can improve human immunity, protect liver and prevent cancers. Here, we have reviewed research advances relating to the classification, morphological characteristics, geographic distribution, biological characteristics, artificial cultivation method, chemical constituents, pharmacological activity-of Coriolus versieolorin order to provide a source of reference for the further development.
