恶性肿瘤射频热疗胸部和腹部的耐受分析

摘　　要：目的:恶性肿瘤射频热疗胸部和腹部的耐受分析。方法:采用SR1000肿瘤射频热疗机,进行深部射频热疗,最大输出功率为1500W,频率为40.68MHZ,加温深度>6cm,辐射器选择￠30CM,治疗时间均为60分钟/次,患者在放化疗前或后1小时内进行射频热疗,2次/周,两周为一疗程,根据射频热疗部位,将病人分成两组;A组胸部热疗(呼吸道肿瘤48例,乳腺肿瘤15例共63例),B组腹部热疗(消化道肿瘤110例,生殖系统肿瘤29例共139例)。结果:A组(胸部热疗)入射功率200-500W,B组(腹部热疗)入射功率500-800W,60分钟坚持做完的A组占44.4%,未坚持下来占55.6%。B组坚持做完占92.8%,未坚持下来占7.2%。B组(腹部热疗)较A组(胸部热疗)完成率高,有显著差异(P<0.005)。结论:B组(腹部热疗)较A组(胸部热疗)耐受。Objective： To analyze the chest and abdominal tolerance to the Radiofrequency Hyperthermia of malignant tumors. Methods： We used the machine called SR1000 tumor Radiofrequency Hyperthermia for deep radiofrequency hyperthermia, whose maximum output power was 1500W, frequency was 40. 68MHZ, heating depth was greater than 6 cm, radiator was 30CM and treat- ment time was 60 minutes. The patients received Radiofrequency Hyperthermia within 1 hour before or after Radiotherapy and Chem- otherapy 2 times per week, and took two weeks as a course. According to different parts of the treatment, patients were divided into two groups, Group A for chest hyperthermia （48 cases of respiratory tract tumors , 15 cases of breast cancer, totally 63 cases） , Group B for abdomen hyperthermia （ 110 cases of gastrointestinal , 29 cases of reproductive system tumors , totally 139 cases） . Results： With input power 200- 500W, 44.4% of the patients in Group A （chest hyperthermia） had finished the 60 -minute treatment, 55.6% hadn＇ t; However, 92. 8% of the patients in Group B （abdomen hyperthermia） had finished it with input power 500 -800W, only 7.2% hadn＇ t. The completion rate of Group B （abdomen hyperthermia） is significantly higher than that of Group A （ chest hyperthermia） （ P 〈 0. 005 ） . Conclusion ： The tolerance of group B （ abdomen hyperthermia） is better than that of Group A （ chest hyperthermia） .
