摘　　要：目的对扩张性心肌病心力衰竭的临床治疗以及预后进行分析和探讨。方法此次临床研究主要以我院在2010年1月份至2012年1月份收治的60例扩张性心肌病心力衰竭患者为研究对象,对所有患者进行综合的治疗,并对患者的预后进行分析。结果所有患者经过治疗后,心功能明显得到了提高,心力衰竭以及心功能均得到了改善。没有出现死亡病例。结论对扩张性心肌病心力衰竭患者需要结合实际情况对患者进行合理治疗,从而提高患者的康复率。Objective To explore and analyze heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy clinical treatment and prognosis. Methods The clinical research mainly in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were treated 60 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure patients as the research object, the comprehensive treatment for all patients, and the prognosis were analyzed. Results All the patients after treatment, the cardiac function was signiifcantly improved, heart failure andcardiac function were improved. No deaths. Conclusion In patients with dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure combined with the actual situation in a reasonable treatment for patients, thereby improving patient recovery rate.
