颅脑损伤患者肢体功能康复的护理

摘　　要：目的：分析总结颅脑损伤患者肢体功能康复的护理。方法：在阅读相关资料的同时,回顾性分析颅脑损伤患者肢体功能康复的护理。结果：本组病例274例,除8例因病情严重死亡,5例自动出院外,182例治愈,79例肢体功能均有不同程度好转。结论：颅脑损伤后多数患者会存在不同程度的肢体功能障碍,通过有效、系统、安全及渐进性的功能锻炼,可降低致残率,提高患者的生活质量,减轻社会和家庭的负担。objective：to analysis summary of limb function in patients with craniocerebral injury rehabilitation care. Methods：reading related materials at the same time, the nursing of limb function rehabilitation in patients with craniocerebral injury were retrospectively analyzed. Results：the incidence of 274 cases, with the exception of 8 cases with severe death, 5 cases discharged themselves, 182 cases were cured, 79 cases of limb func-tion was also improved to different extent. Conclusion：most patients will have different degree after craniocerebral injury of limb dysfunction, through effective, systems and security and progressive functional exercise, can reduce morbidity, improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the burden of society and family.
