双侧肾动脉变异1例考察报道

摘　　要：解剖中发现一例标本左肾动脉由腹主动脉发出在距肾动脉起始部4.20mm处呈横“Y字”形分叉，再分为3支进肾门。发现有两支肾上级动脉和一支肾下级动脉由皮质表面入肾变异。右肾血管自前向后顺序异常，肾动脉自2腰椎体下缘由腹主动脉发出，在分为3支进肾门。还发现上级肾动脉在紧临肾动脉上方由腹主动脉发出变异。综上分析可知：该标本为1例双侧肾动脉分支变异。Dissection found in case of left renal artery specimens made by abdominal aorta to the start of 4. 20 mm from the renal artery in a horizontal ＆quot;Y＆quot; shaped bifurcate, divided into 3 into the renal hilum. Found two kidney superior artery and a renal artery by cortical surface at a lower level into the variation. Right kidney blood vessels since the backward before order is unusual, renal artery issued since 2 reason for the lumbar body under the abdominal aorta, in divided into three teams into the renal hilum. Also found that the higher renal artery by abdominal aorta above the near the renal artery variation. Based on the analysis, the specimen for 1 case of bilateral renal artery branch.
