右肾血管变异1例考察报告

摘　　要：在解剖教学标本制作标本过程中发现一例右肾副动脉和肾动、静脉及肾盂位置变异的标本。经考察发现右肾动脉为多支型，肾动脉对肾静脉有压迫。肾动脉在距离起始处20．12mm发出一支副肾动脉，斜向上走形注入肾实质。此外，在靠近肾盂处有肾动脉压迫肾盂输尿管移行处。为积累解剖学资料，提供临床参考，现报道如下：In anatomy teaching in the process of making specimens were found a case of a pair of artery and right kidney renal arteries and veins and renal pelvis specimens of position variation. After investigation found that the right renal artery for type, renal artery of renal vein there is oppression. Start of renal artery in the distance of 20.12 mm, issued a adrenal arteries, oblique upward contorts into the renal parenchyma.
