摘　　要：蛋白结构域是指蛋白质亚基结构中明显分开的紧密球状结构区域。 Bsp蛋白结构域基因编码的是一种65kDa的蛋白，含有N-末端，是GBS中的控制细胞形态的蛋白。不同细菌中存在类似于Bsp的蛋白结构域。Protein structure domain refers to the closely globular structure area of structure of protein subunits in clearly separate . Bsp do-main gene encoding protein structure is a 65 kda protein,which contains N -end. Bsp is a protein that can control cell morphology in GBS. Different bacteria existed in the protein structure similar to the Bsp domain.
