景天三七药材不同提取部位对小鼠胃粘膜保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究景天三七药材不同提取部位对小鼠胃粘膜的保护作用。方法用不极性溶剂提取得到不同提取部位:水提醇沉部位的低、高剂量(干膏0.32,0.96 g·kg-1),水提取部位的低、高剂量组(干膏0.61,1.83 g·kg-1),醇提部位的低、高剂量(干膏0.14,0.42 g·kg-1),石油醚提取部位的低、高剂量(干膏0.05,0.15 g·kg-1)。连续灌胃给药10 d后,经腹腔注射消炎痛,建立胃溃疡小鼠模型,肉眼观察小鼠胃部溃疡情况进行评分,并进行组织病理学检查。结果肉眼观察和病理学检查显示,水提醇沉部位的低、高剂量(干膏0.32,0.96 g·kg-1),水提部位高剂量(干膏1.83 g·kg-1)、石油醚部位高剂量(干膏0.15 g·kg-1)能明显减少小鼠胃粘膜损伤。结论景天三七水提醇沉部位对胃出血模型的治疗作用最强,石油醚部位也具有一定的治疗作用。Objective To study the protective effects on gastric mucosal of mice parts were extracted with non-polar solvent ： low and high dose of water different extracts of different doses for consecutive 10 days, the mice were injected intraperitoneally with indomethacin to establish the ulcer models. The stomach ulcer was observed with naked eyes and evaluated, and then the histopathological examination was made. Results The gastric mucosal injury in mice was significantly reduced by the low and high dose of water examination and visual observation. Conclusion The water extracting-ethanol precipitating part of stonecrop notoginseng exerts the strongest therapeutic effect on stomach bleeding. The petroleum ether part also has some therapeutic effect.
