摘 要:将改性高岭土(MK)、炭黑(CB)、白炭黑(PS)填充丁苯橡胶制备了一系列橡胶复合材料,分析了高岭土填充份数、填料类型、填料配合对丁苯橡胶热稳定性及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:高岭土对丁苯橡胶热稳定性能的增强作用显著,与炭黑相当,略优于白炭黑;与炭黑配合填充时,复合材料的热分解高峰得到有效延迟。复合材料的燃烧氧指数随着高岭土填充量的增大而增大,其阻燃作用与白炭黑相当,略逊于炭黑。高岭土与白炭黑配合填充时的氧指数优于两者单独填充。A series of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)composites based on modified kaolinite (MK), carbon black (CB) and silica(PS)were prepared by melt blending. The influence of kaolinite content, filler type and filler combination on the thermal stability and combustion properties were researched. The thermal stability and combustion properties of SBR composites filled with kaolinite were obviously improved compared with pure SBR. As for the enhancement of different fill- ers in thermal stability, kaolinite was equivalent to carbon black and better than silica. The decomposition peak of rubber filled with kaolinite and carbon simultaneously was delayed. As for the improvement in combustion properties, kaolinite was equivalent to silica and inferior to carbon black. The combustion properties of SBR composites filled with kaolinite and silica simultaneously were better than the rubbers separately filled with kaolinite or silica.
