摘 要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,制备了不同种子用量(占核层单体质量的5%、15%、25%、35%)的核壳型聚丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了种子用量对乳胶粒子粒径大小及分布的影响,并用动态光散射(DLS)和扫描电镜(SEM)对乳胶粒子进行表征。结果表明:SEM可以观察到分布均一、规则的圆球状微球;DLS显示随着反应的进行核壳丙烯酸酯乳胶粒子的粒径呈增长趋势;种子用量增加乳胶粒子的粒径变小,即通过控制种子用量可以达到控制核壳微球粒径的目的;聚合物的分子量随着种子用量的增加而增大,分布变宽。Different polyacrylate latexes with core-shell structure were prepared by semi-continuous seed emulsion copolymerization using various seed dosage(the ratio of seed to monomer in the nuclear was 5 %, 15 %, 25 %, 35 %, respec- tively). The effect of seed dosage on the size and size distribution of core-shell polyacrylate particles were investigated by dynamic light scattering(DLS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The regular microspheres with uniform size were observed by SEM. As the DLS results showned, the size of core-shell particle increased gradually as the reaction progress- ing; the more seed dosage resulted in the smaller size of particle, indicating that the size of polyacrylate microspheres could be controlled by seed dosage. Additionally, both the molecular weight and its distribution of polyacrylate also increased with the seed dosage increasing.
