摘 要:采用氯化钙(CaCl2)水溶液络合/环氧树脂(EP)体系,对芳纶纤维(AF)进行表面处理,进行力学性能测试,分析复合处理对纤维/天然橡胶(NR)复合物力学性能的影响,结果表明:当添加EP/AF=3%(质量分数,下同)时改性效果最佳,AF/NR复合材料的拉伸强度、300%定伸应力和撕裂强度与单用CaCl2处理的相比,分别提高了9.21%、18.41%和14.98%;并且使用DMA,XRD及SEM分析复合处理对复合物界面粘合的影响。Treated by calcium chloride (CaCl2)aqueous solution and acetone solution containing epoxy resin (EP) (and curing agent(2E4MZ))sequentially, aramid fibers(AF)were fully modified, and then mixed together with natural rub- ber by torque rheometer for masterbatch, and was dynamic cured simultaneously by EP. Results of performance test showed that comprehensive effects of the modification reached the best when EP/AF= 3 %wt. Compared to the composite without EP, the tensile strength, 300% stretch stress and tearing strength of AF/NR composite were increased by 9.21 %, 18. 41 and 14. 98%, respectively. And the results of DMA, XRD and SEM supported the conclusion of the increase of bond strength after modification.
