摘  要:将聚丙烯(PP)与3种不同弹性体POE、SEBS、OBC在双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混,制备得到PP/弹性体共混物,测试了共混物的力学性能,比较了不同弹性体的增韧效率,研究了共混物脆断表面形貌。结果表明:3种弹性体对PP均起到了增韧作用,SEBS对PP的增韧效率最高,POE的综合性能最好,而OBC的加工性能良好。Melt polypropylene(PP)was blended with three different elastomer POE, SEBS and OBC, through pro- cessed by twin-screw extruder, PP/ elastomer blend was prepared. The mechanical properties of the blends were tested, compared the toughening efficiency of different elastomer blends,and the brittle fracture surface morphology was studied. The results showed that the three elastomers were effective to toughen PP, the toughening effect of SEBS was the best, POE had the best overall performance and the processing performance of OBC was better.
