土改后至高级社前的乡村地权变化--基于山西省永济县吴村档案的考察

摘　　要：有关土改以后至高级社前乡村地权变化连贯性的研究还比较少见。对土改后地权变化传统的认识是,土改以后土地自由买卖,出现了新的阶级分化,阶级分化的程度与村庄组织起来的好坏存在对应关系。吴村土改以后,出现了较多的土地买卖,这也可能导致地权集中。但吴村地权分配吉尼系数统计结果显示,村庄的地权分配趋于平均化。究其原因,土改后农村家庭结构及其变动模式均发生变化,农户分家对地权分散产生了重要影响。The study on the continuity of rural land ownership changes after the land reform to advanced agricul- tural producers＇ cooperative is relatively rare. The understandings to the traditions of land ownership changes after the land reform included land could be sold freely, there appeared new class differentiation and its degrees and the advantages and disadvantages of organizing the villages existed corresponding relation. After the land reform Wu village appeared more and more land sales, which maybe led to the concentration of land ownership. But Gini co- efficient statistics of land ownership distribution showed village land ownership distribution become average, after the land reform rural family structure and its variation patterns also got changed and the family division had impor- tant effects on the land ownership distribution.
