摘　　要：本文通过分析现网实测数据,对不同利用率,不同PDCH承载速率条件下的话音业务质量指标、数据业务质量指标、数据业务用户感知、用户投诉等数据进行分析,研究网络利用率、PDCH承载速率与网络质量的关系,并对目标利用率、PDCH承载速率取定上限值给出建议。By analyzing the measured data network, for different utilization rate, different PDCH carrying rate under the condition of voice service, data service quality index quality indicators, data service user perception, customer complaints and other data analysis, this paper explored the network utilization, PDCH carrying rate and quality of network, and the utilization ratio of the object, the upper limit of PDCH suggest carrying rate.
