摘 要:针对矿山爆破方案优选的多目标决策问题,选取每米成本、每班进尺、工作环境、安全性以及施工难易程度5个评价指标,建立了密切值法评价模型,并将其用于矿山的爆破方案评价,评价结果显示深孔全断面一次起爆的爆破方案最优,最利于矿山安全高效生产。将基于密切值法评价模型的结果与灰色关联分析、模糊物元模型的爆破方案评价结果进行对比,结果证实基于密切值法的评价模型是一种可靠、有效的爆破方案优选模型,该评价方法不仅具有简单易行、结果直观准确、可操作性强等优点,而且采用线性加权确定的综合权重来建立密切值法模型使评价结果更具有科学性。A evaluation model based on osculating value method is built by taking 5 evaluation indicators of per meter .cost, foot- age per shift, working environment , safety and constructioncomplexity to address the issue of multi-objective decision-making in optimization of mine blasting scheme. The model is used to e- valuate the mine blasting scheme and the result shows that the deep hole whole section onee detonation is a optimal blasting scheme, the most beneficial to mine safety and efficient produc- tion. Comparison of the model based on osculating value method with the blasting scheme based on gray relational analysis and fuzzj, matter element proves that the evaluation model based on osculating value method based on an is a reliable and effective blasting optimization model and the evaluation method not only has simplicity, intuition and accuracy, operability and other ad- vantages but also the model based on osculating value method built by comprehensive weight determined with linear weight makes the evaluation results more scientific.
