摘　　要：技术创新战略投资具有许多不确定性,这些不确定性影响技术创新战略投资时机的选择,正确选择技术创新战略投资时机有助于提高技术创新战略投资的成功率。本文利用实物期权理论研究企业技术创新战略投资最优时机,并构建时机选择模型。模拟分析证明此模型是合理的。There are many uncertainties in strategic investment of technological innovation, which has affects on the opportunity choices of strategic investment of technological innovation, the correct choice of strategic investment of technological innovation helps to improve the success rate of strategic investment of technological innovation. This paper combines the optimal timing decision-making method about the strategic investment of technological innovation based on the real option theory, and constructs the opportunity decision-making models. Simulation analysis proves this model validity through the case.
