摘  要:利用Fluent软件中凝固与融化模型对氯化钠凝固过程进行数值模拟研究,分析第一类边界条件下氯化钠溶液在凝固过程中的温度场分布、相界面移动规律以及凝固时间与浓度的关系,得出氯化钠溶液的凝固时间与浓度成正比,并且出现混合相与出现纯固相的时间间隔随着浓度的增大而增大。同时结合实验中蓄冷蒸发器出口氯化钠溶液的温度变化,得出实验出现阶跃的时间与模拟过程中出现固液混合的时间是比较对应的。The solidification process of sodium chloride solution by using the solidification and melting model of Fluent was studied. The temperature distribution, the rules of phase interface moving and the relationship between the crystallization times and concentrations under the first boundary condition were analysed. It was obtained that the solidification time of sodium chloride solution was proportional to the concentration, and the interval time between the mixed phase and pure solid phase would increase when concentration increased as well. The change of cold storage evaporator outlet temperature was combined. We obtained that time step point of simulation process appeared correspondingly with the solid - liquid mixing time in experiment.
