摘　　要：通过改进JJD水管式甲醇合成塔气/汽密封填料的材质及安装方法,提高了反应器气/汽密封填料的可靠性,并在操作人员的精心维护下,使低压甲醇系统运行稳定。After improving gas/vapor seal filler material and installation methods for JJD water-tube methanol synthesis reactor , the filler reliability is improved . The low pressure methanol synthesis unit is running stably under the operator meticulous maintenance .
