摘　　要：某液压缸外筒需要进行镀铬、镀镉和发蓝加工。分析了各镀层的特点和加工难点。从整体上考虑加工时保护的难易程度,通过工艺试验合理安排了3种工艺的加工顺序,并设计了合适的绝缘保护工装和装挂工装,生产出了满足需求的合格零件。The outer cylinder of a hydraulic tank was needed to be processed by chromium plating, cadmium plating, and bluing respectively at different positions. The features of different coatings and process difficulties were analyzed. The difficulties of protection in different processes were considered. The procedure of the three processes was reasonably arranged through experiment. Some suitable insulation/protection apparatus and hanging apparatus were designed. Qualified parts meeting the requirements were manufactured.
