生物炭对土壤养分、烤烟生长以及烟叶化学成分的影响

摘　　要：采用盆栽方法，对土壤添加不同量的生物炭，研究生物炭对土壤养分、烤烟农艺性状、干物质量以及烤烟化学成分的影响。结果表明，施用生物炭显著提高土壤有机质，而土壤速效氮、速效磷含量则随着生物炭的施用呈先升高后降低的趋势。同时，施用适宜量的生物炭虽然抑制烤烟前期生长，但显著促进烤烟旺长期后的生长，最终提高烤烟干物质量，且显著提高烟叶内在化学成分的协调性，改善烟叶品质，但过量施用生物炭抑制烤烟生长，降低烟叶品质。这说明，适宜的添加生物炭有利于烤烟生长以及改善烤烟的化学成分协调性，综合分析适宜的生物炭施用量应为12．5～25．0g／kg。The pot experiment was conducted to study effect of different amounts of biochar added to the soil on soil nutrients, tobacco agronomic traits, dry matter content and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that application of biochar significantly increased soil organic matter, however, soil available nitrogen, available phosphorus was firstly increased and then de- creased along with the application of biochar. A suitable amount of application biochar suppressed ini- tial growth of tobacco, but significantly promoted the growth of tobacco after vigorous growth period, which resulted in improved quality of tobacco with high dry mass and coordination of chemical compo- nents. However, excessive application of biochar inhibited the growth of flue-cured tobacco, and re- duced quality of tobacco leaves. These suggested that a suitable amount of application biochar was good to tobacco growth and coordination of the chemical composition in flue-cured tobacco. Based on comprehensive analysis of the experiment, the appropriate biochar application rate should be within the range 12.5--25.0 g/kg soil.
