摘　　要：语言人权是人类的一种基本人权,是在少数民族语言和少数人使用的语言濒危的背景下所提出的人权主张。少数民族语言人权关系着民族问题处理、世界语言多样性保持等重要问题,具有学术、历史、文化等各方面研究价值。少数民族语言人权是社会实践发展中涌现出的问题,归属具体学科范畴,哲学对其有宏观上的指导意义,因此,语言人权问题可以用概括性的哲学思维来分析和思考,并根据哲学问题的方法论来对相关问题的进展提出指导性建议。哲学语境下的少数民族语言人权分析和研究可以使该问题研究脱离具体问题现象的羁绊,在理论高度上形成更为客观真实的研究成果。the language of human rights is a basic human rights, is proposed in the minority language and a minority language is endangered under the background of human rights advocates. Minority language human relations with national problems, the diversity of the world language maintenance and other important issues, with the academic, historical, and cultural research value. Minority language rights are the problems emerged in the development of social practice, belonging to specific subject category, philosophy has the macro guidance to the language, so the issue of human rights can be used generally to philosophical thinking and analysis, and on the progress on issues related to the proposed guidance method according to philosophical problems. The philosophical context of minority language rights analysis and research can make the research on this problem from specific problems fetters, formed in the theoretical level more research objective and true.
