摘  要:针对光学元件表面划痕不连续而导致的划痕长度难以确定的问题,提出一种基于斜率控制的不连续划痕连接方法。该方法首先经预处理确定不连续划痕区域;然后寻找划痕断点,并从划痕本身特点出发限定断点间距和所连边界的曲率;最后以单像素形式对断续处进行连接,从而得到完整连续的划痕区域。经理论分析与实验验证,提出的方法能够明显避免边界变形,减小测量误差,具有良好的实用性。除光学图像外,该方法也可用于其他涉及到断点连接的图像中。Because scratches on surface of optical cell are discontinuous, that will resuh in it' s difficult to determine the length of scratches. This paper proposed a connecting method for discontinuous scratches, which based on the controlling of slope. Firstly, it defined the region of discontinuous scratches by pretreatment and searched the scratches breakpoints. Then, it defined the spacing of them and the curvature of the boundary which based on the scratches features. Finally, it connected the breakpoints in single-pixel to get the full continuum of the scratch area. The(~retical analysis and experiments show that this method can avoid the deformation of the boundary, reduce the measuring error. It has excellent practicality. This method can be used not only in the scopes of optical image processing, but also in others that involving breakpoints connection.
