摘 要:研制钴基非晶态合金丝制成的环形磁芯三绕组磁场传感器,缩小现有磁场传感器尺寸,提高传感器探头测量灵敏度和输出信噪比。采用旋转水纺法制备淬态非晶丝,经过电流退火工艺处理后作为传感器磁芯材料,利用环形三对称磁通门磁芯结构,有效地减小磁芯材料不均匀造成的测量误差,提高探头的信噪比。通过单片机、信号发生电路、相敏滤波电路等环节的集成构成传感器测试系统,提高传感器的测量精度和稳定度。试验结果表明传感器探头灵敏度达到了设计要求。The tertiary winding toroidal core magnetic sensor made by Co-based amorphous wire was studied. The research aimed at narrowing the existing magnetic sensor size and improving the sensitivity of the sensor probe and its signal-to-noise output ratio by making amorphous wires through water rotating spinning, preparing sensor core material through current annealing process and using the three symmetrical ringed fluxgate core structure. Through the way above, the measurement errors was reduced markedly caused by uneven core material, moreover, the signal-to-noise output ratio was improved. The measurement accuracy and stability of the sensor was improved dramatically through the integrated constitution sensor test system based on the single chip mi- crocomputer, signal generator and phase-sensitive filtering circuit, etc. The experimental results show that the sensitivity of the sen- sor probe can reach the design requirements.
