肾气丸对肾阳虚证大鼠模型T细胞亚群影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的制备肾阳虚证模型大鼠,观察肾气丸对大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+细胞的影响。方法 40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、肾气丸组,氢化可的松肌肉注射制备肾阳虚证大鼠模型,肾气丸组在造模的同时给予肾气丸煎剂灌胃,14 d后检测大鼠血液中CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞的比值。结果与正常组相比,模型组CD4+细胞比值升高,CD8+细胞比值减少(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,肾气丸组CD4+细胞比值减少、CD8+细胞比值增加(P<0.05)。结论纠正机体紊乱的免疫功能,是肾气丸治疗肾阳虚证的作用机制之一。Objective：To observe the effect of Shenqi Pill on T lymphocyte subsets CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ in kidney yang deficiency rats.Methods：40 male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group and the Shenqi Pill group.The model of kidney yang deficiency rats was established by muscle injection of hydrocortisone.Shenqi Pills were given intragastrically to the rats of Shenqi Pill group while they were given muscular injection of hydrocortisone.These ratios of CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ among the rats were detected 14 days later.Results：Compared with control group,the CD4^＋ ration was increased obviously and the CD8^＋ ration was decreased significandy in the model group（P〈0.05）.Meanwhile,the CD4^＋ ration was decreased and CD8^＋ ration was increased in the Shenqi Pill group.There were some significant differences of above indices between the control group and the Shenqi Pill group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：One of the mechanisms of Shenqi Pill in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency is correcting the immune disorder.
