破格救心汤治疗急性左心衰虚证的短期疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价应用破格救心汤治疗虚证急性左心衰患者的短期疗效,并比较不同虚证亚型的疗效差异。方法收集30例虚证急性左心衰患者,分为阳虚组和气虚组各15例,在心衰急性发作时,立刻予破格救心汤真空包口服,比较服用前后Lee氏心衰评分和中医证候评分,并比较不同虚证亚型的疗效差异。结果使用破格救心汤治疗后虚证急性左心衰患者Lee氏心衰评分和中医证候评分改善明显,比较阳虚组和气虚组,阳虚组中医证候评分疗效指数优于气虚组。结论破格救心汤治疗虚证急性左心衰有确切疗效,且阳虚组中医证候改善比气虚组明显。Objective：To observe the effect of Pogejiuxin Decoction treating 30 patients with deficiency syndrome of acute left heart failure and to research on differences of curative effect among different subtypes.Methods：Based on different TCM syndrome type,30 suitable patient was divided into two groups-Yang deficiency group and Qi deficiency group.Patient stricken by a heart attack would be given Pogejiuxin Decoction at once.Make a record of the scores before and after treatment by means of Lee Heart Failure Grading System and TCM Syndrome Grading and observe the curative effect of different syndromes.Results：Scores of the two groups improved significantly after the treatment according to Lee Heart Failure Grading System and TCM Syndrome Grading.However,Yang deficiency patients have better scores than those of Qi deficiency patients.Conclusion：Pogejiuxin Decoction has a curative effect in treating acute left heart failure.And the curative effect on Yang deficiency patients is much better than that on Qi deficiency patients.
