重度前庭大腺囊肿抽吸后中西医治疗临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价重度前庭大腺囊肿抽吸后配合清热解毒洗剂坐浴、复方莪术油栓阴道上药联合治疗的有效性。方法将120例重度前庭大腺囊肿患者随机分为治疗组(抽吸后配合清热解毒洗剂坐浴、复方莪术油栓阴道上药)和对照组(清热解毒洗剂坐浴、复方莪术油栓阴道上药)。连续用药7 d,分别于给药后1周和4周进行临床有效率的比较,6个月进行复发率比较。结果两者总有效率比较,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抽吸后配合清热解毒洗剂坐浴、复方莪术油栓阴道上药的联合治疗对重度前庭大腺囊肿疗效明显优于清热解毒洗剂坐浴、复方莪术油栓阴道上药治疗。Objective：To evaluate the effect of combined therapy of heat clearing and detoxifying lotion hip bath,and Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil vaginal suppoaitory treating severe bartholin cyst after asperation.Methods：120 cases with severe bartholin cyst were randomly divided into treatment group which was given heat clearing and detoxifying lotion hip bath and Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil vaginal suppoaitory after aspiration and control group,being only given heat clearing and detoxifying lotion hip bath and Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil vaginal suppository without asperation.Clinical comparisons had been made after 1 week and 4 weeks＇ treatment.Recurrence rate had been compared after 6 months of treatment.Results：The curative effect of treatment group was obviously superior to that of control group （P＜0.05）.Recurrence rate in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group.Conclusion：The curative effect of combined therapy of heat clearing and detoxifying lotion hip bath,and Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil vaginal suppoaitory treating severe bartholin cyst after asperation is obviously superior to simply using heat clearing and detoxifying lotion hip bath and Compound Zedoary Turmeric Oil vaginal suppoaitory.
