中药低温喷雾疗法治疗过敏性紫癜的临床应用及护理

摘　　要：目的观察中药喷雾疗法对过敏性紫癜单纯累及皮肤患者的辅助治疗效果。方法将168例过敏性紫癜单纯累及皮肤患者随机分为观察组84例和对照组84例,对照组行抗过敏、抗炎等常规治疗和护理,观察组加用中药喷雾疗法配合治疗,每日2次,每个部位每次10 min,连续治疗10 d,观察过敏性紫癜皮损消退情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),瘀斑完全消退时间亦明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用中药喷雾疗法可提高过敏性紫癜治疗效果。Objective：To observe the effect of intervention of hypothermia nebulization of traditional Chinese drug-induced in the purpura simplex.Methods：168 consecutive patients with purpura simplex were divided randomly into two groups such as 84 cases in the observation group group and 84 cases in the control group.The observation group was received traditional Chinese drug-induced hypothermia nebulization on the basis of conventional treatment of the control group.The control group was received antianaphylaxis,anti-inflammatory therapy and nursing.The clinical effects were observed and compared.Results：The observation group was superior to the control group in the clinical efficacy（P＜0.05）.The time of ecchymosis regression time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese drug-induced hypothermia can improve the effect of the purpura.
