摘　　要：当电子资源日益成为图书馆的主体资源时,在印本资源环境下建立的图书馆线性管理模式已经无法适应电子资源较复杂的管理要求,图书馆必须调整业务流程,进行机构重组,才能适应电子资源的发展。该文对国内外图书馆基于业务流程变化进行的机构重组情况进行了回顾,特别分析了国内图书馆电子资源管理以及组织结构问题,最后给出了基于业务流程变化进行机构重组的建议。As electronic resources become fully dominant, the linear workflow established in print envi- ronment could not adapt to the cyclical workflow dominated by electronic formats. Libraries need to trans- form workflow and shift the organization to accommodate new resource format. The paper presents organi- zational changes of libraries around the world, especially focused on the electronic resources management issues in China and some suggestions for electronic resources management and reorganization has been final- ly put forward.
