摘 要:介绍了氟盐脱芯法和碱溶液腐蚀脱芯法在氧化铝基陶瓷型芯脱芯技术中的应用。阐述了碱溶液腐蚀脱芯法中高压射流脱芯法、压力扰动脱芯法、高温高压脱芯法的工艺特点及研究现状,讨论了碱溶液脱芯过程中铸件表面质量的保护方法。指出高温高压超临界脱芯技术是氧化铝基陶瓷型芯脱芯技术的一大发展趋势。In the present paper, fluoride salts removal technology and alkaline solutions removal technology used in the removal of the alumina-based ceramic cores were introduced. The technological characteristics and research status of high pressure spray removal technology, pressure stir removal technology, and high temperature and high pressure removal technology were illustrated; methods adopted for protecting the casting surface were also discussed. The high temperature and high pressure supercritical removal technology was regarded as a promising method in the future.
