摘  要:球墨铸铁球化孕育效果评价方法总体上可分为熔体炉前预测和铸件直接检测两大类,快速、精确、可靠的炉前预测技术可用于铁液状态的调控处理,从而实现熔炼过程闭环控制,而准确、方便的铸件直接检测技术则是球墨铸铁件质量的重要评价手段。综述和分析了球墨铸铁球化孕育效果熔体试样快速预测法和固体试样直接检测法的检测原理和研究进展,包括热分析法、共晶膨胀法、表面张力法、氧活度法、硫活度法、快速金相法、超声法、比电阻法和音频法等。Generally, it can be classified into two categories for nodularization and inoculation effect evaluation in ductile iron production, which are indirect methods for melt iron and direct ones for casting. Fast, accurate and stable prediction methods for melt iron status can be used for adjust and control of its metallurgical treatment, realizing closed cycle preparation. While, they are also observably important for direct methods to re-confirm whether the casting is qualified to be used after shakeout, and also verify the predictive results. In this paper, the main object is to review and analysis the measurement theories and research progress for above mentioned two classifications, including thermal analysis method, eutectic dilatation method, surface tension method, oxygen activity method, sulfur activity method, fast metallographic phase method, ultrasonic method, specific resistance method, voice frequency method, etc. on.
