摘　　要：为提高大型球墨铸铁模具类铸件的球化级别,采用了重稀土、随流孕育等工艺措施。结果表明,此类铸件的球化级别得到了提高,达到行业标准,铸件内在品质得到了保证。To improve the spheroidization grade of large ductile iron auto mould castings, measures of using heave rare earths, stream inoculation and so on were taken. The results show that spheroidization grade of this kind of castings were improved significantly, which reaches to the industry standards and ensures the inherent quality of the castings.
