摘　　要：目的改进OLYMPUS PK7300全自动血型分析仪ABO血型反定实验判定参数,减少弱凝集孔误判。方法统计分析2013年2月1日至2013年9月30日血型反定实验正常反应孔参数,其中无凝集孔A细胞孔37 252例、B细胞孔22 728例、O细胞孔63 440例,血型反定实验凝集孔A细胞孔26 308例、B细胞孔40845例;统计分析198份血型反定实验弱凝集孔参数,根据统计结果改进参数判定设置。结果反定实验无凝集孔A细胞孔、B细胞孔、O细胞孔SPC值分别为28.9±3.5、29.6±3.8、27.1±2.8,P/C值分别为51.4±2.3、52.1±3.6、52.4±3.3,LIA值分别为970.2±54.5、981.1±46.8、970.2±56.1,反定实验凝集孔A细胞孔、B细胞孔SPC值分别为2.7±0.8、2.8±1.3,P/C值分别为13.4±1.1、13.2±1.0,LIA值分别为0.2±2.1、0.2±2.2,198份反定实验弱凝集孔SPC值为15.9±5.0、P/C值为42.7±4.9和LIA值为776.2±149.4,改进判定参数为SPC Low:10,SPC high:18;P/C(+)Limit:30,P/C(-)Limit:15;LIA(+)Limit:300,LIA(-)Limit:100。结论使用改进参数,在对正常反应孔判定影响小的前提下,可减少ABO血型反定实验弱凝集的误判,有利于进一步复查。Objective To improve the determining parameters of OLYMPUS PK7300 fully automatic blood grouping analyzer in ABO blood group antigen test and to reduce the misjudgment of the week hemagglutination test. Methods The parameters of normal reactions in ABO blood group antigen test were collected and analyzed from February 1 st,2013 to September 30 th ,2013, among which none agglutination occurred in 37 252 A-cell tests ,22 728 B-cell tests and 63 440 Ocell tests ,and agglutination occurred in 26 308 A-cell tests and 40 845 B-cell tests. The parameters of 198 weak hemagglutination tests were collected and analyzed, and the determining parameters were improved according to the result. Results Among the antigen tests without agglutination, the SPC value of A-cell tests, B-cell tests and O-cell tests was 28.9± 3.5, 29. 6 ± 3.8,27. 1±2. 8, respectively ; the P/C value was 51.4 ± 2. 3,52. 1 ± 3.6,52.4± 3. 3 ; the LIA value was 970. 2 ± 54. 5,981.1±46. 8,970. 2± 56. 1. Among the antigen tests with agglutination, the SPC value of A-cell tests and B-cell tests was 2. 7 ±0. 8,2. 8 ±1.3, respectively; the P/C value was 13.4 ± 1.1,13.2 ± 1.0; the LIA value was 0. 2 ± 2. 1,0. 2±2,2. The parameters of 198 weak hemagglutination tests was SPC： 15.9 ±5.0,P/C： 42.7±4.9 and LIA：776.2± 149.4. The determining pammerers were improved as SPC Low ： 10,SPC high： 18;P/C（ ＋ ） Limit： 30,P/C（ - ） Limit： 15;LIA（ ＋ ）Limit： 300,LIA（ - ）Limit： 100. Conclusion Applying the improved determining parameters could reduce the misjudgment of weak hemagglutination in the ABO blood group antigen test and make for further retest while hardly af- fect the regadar tests.
