摘  要:目的分析核酸实验室试剂损耗,对存在的报废因素进行改进,减少核酸检测系统的试剂报废。方法对60 000份核酸检测试剂的使用情况进行全面的分析,并结合实际的检测过程,分析存在的各种试剂报废因素,探讨减低试剂报废所采取的措施。结果消耗60 000份检测试剂,发布检验报告52 809份,试剂利用率88.02%,总消耗率为11.98%。结论影响试剂损耗的因素有日常质控、参加室间质评、复检、鉴别、环境监测、系统故障、人为因素、标本等多方面的因素。Objective To analyze reagents wasted in Nucleic Acid Laboratory, find the factors that cause the reagent wasted, and give suggestion for reducing the waste of nucleic acid detection reagents. Methods Screening test processed 60 000 volumes of nucleic acid detection reagents, which was used to analyze the reasons of reagent wastes and suggest actions to reduce reagent wastes. Results 52 809 test results were reported out of 60 000 volumes of reagents. The utilization rate was 88.02% and total consumption was 11.98%. Conclusion The factors that affect reagent wastes include daily quality control, external quality assessment, re-examination, identification, environmental monitoring, instrument failures, human fac- tors and samples etc.
