摘 要:目的为血站系统开展献血前ALT快检确立可操作性强,便于实际工作的方法模式提供理论及实践依据。方法采用干式生化仪与ECOM-F6124半自动生化分析仪快速检测ALT,判定献血者是否符合献血条件,ALT≤40 U/L为合格采集血液,献血后用AU400全自动生化仪使用速率法检测ALT≤40 U/L为合格,血液放行。结果速率法需采用静脉血,测定时间较长,平均每人份从采集准备到检测报告时间4.2 min,不适于大批量献血者的血液采集;干式生化法采用末梢血,每人份从采集准备到检测报告时间2.4 min,测定时间较短,可有效减少献血等待时间,缩短献血者的整体献血时间。结论采用干式生化法开展献血前ALT快检方便快捷,可操作性强,对有效控制ALT>40 U/L的不合格血液的采集,保障血液安全意义重大。Objective To provide the theoretic and practical basis of ALT quick detection implementation. Methods The dry type biochemistry analYzer and ECOM-F6124 semi-automatic biochemical analyzer were used to detect alanine ami- notransferase to determine whether the blood donors was qualified. Along with the results of ALT≤40 U/L at the donation sites, AU400 automatic biochemistry analyzer was used to ensure the value of ALT was bolow 40 U/L which meant the blood was qualified for further utilization. Results The rate method took 4.2 min to complete the test from collecting blood to re- porting the result with vein blood sample;while the dry type biochemistry analysis needed 2.4 min with peripheral blood. The dry type biochemistry which took a shorter time, could effectively reduce the waiting time of blood donation. Conclusion Enhancing pre-donation screening, using the method of the dry type biochemistry analysis for ALT quick detection hashigher specificity and sensitivity. Unqualified blood defined by that ALT value of greater than 40 U/L can be controlled un- der this methodology, which leads to a better blood safety.
