采供血机构设备分类及结构特征分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析采供血机构设备结构特征。方法统计本中心2012年12月在册的设备,按照专业的分类方法将其分为专用设备和通用设备2大类,依据设备价值统计,对设备构成比、各类设备在不同部门的构成比、部门设备的组成、进口比例、以及部门设备数量与价值结构关系等特性分析。结果专用设备89.1%,占主导地位,其中专用仪器设备占总设备比例高达73.8%。结论专用仪器设备智能化程度高,进口比例高,数量少但价值高,是采供血机构核心关键设备;通用设备数量多,价值比例低,以国产为主,多为辅助设备。Objective To investigate the classification and structural characteristics of equipments in a blood cen- ter. Methods Based on the information of equipments which were registered before December 2012 in one blood center, The equipments were divided into two major categories including special equipment and general equipment by their specific- ity. Then, an analysis was performed on the constituent ratios of those two groups both in general and in different depart- ments. The equipment composition, the ratio of imported equipment, the relationship between quantity and the value of e- quipment, and the other correlated characters were also analyzed. Results Special equipments which hold 89. 1% is at the dominant position, and besides, the ratio of the special equipments is 73.8%. Conclusion Equipments with high degree of intelligence, high proportion of imports, high value but small quantity are the most critical equipments to the blood cen- ter. While general equipments,which are auxiliary in most time, accounted for low proportion with much more quantity but less value are mostly domestically produced.
