富血小板血浆抑菌作用的研究进展

摘　　要：富血小板血浆已经广泛应用于颌面外科、整形外科、骨科、运动医学及难治性皮肤溃疡等医学领域。近年来,富血小板血浆抑菌方面的研究引起了学者们广泛的关注。本文综述了富血小板血浆的体内外实验研究、抑菌成分、作用机制、影响因素及其与抗生素关系,以期为它的进一步研究和应用提供依据。PRP （ platelet rich plasma） has been known for its widespread use in clinical settings,including the max- ill-ofacial surgery,plastic surgery, orthopedic, sports medicine as well as refractory skin ulcer. Recently, researchers have studied PRP as anantimicrobial suastance. In order to provide the basis for the further research and application of PRP ,we reviewed the antibacterial properties of PRP from the following several aspects ： antimicrobial study of PRP both in vitro and in vivo, antibacterial substance, antibacterial mechanism and tile influencing factors as well as its relationship with antibiotics.
