党的民主与民主能力探讨

摘　　要：民主是防止政党出现寡头政治的最主要措施。政党的民主不仅仅包括政党民主,还包括在其它向度上的民主。中国共产党的民主体现在引领国家民主政治进程中,包括党内民主、党际民主、国家民主和社会民主四个领域的民主,而党的民主能力也是党建设和发展这四个领域民主的能力,党的民主也由此得以实现。中国共产党高度重视党的民主能力建设,党的民主能力是党的能力的重要内容。Democracy can be the main measure to Prevent Party oligarchy. The Democracy of Party not only includes the inner-Party democracy, it is also included in the other direction of democracy. Democracy of the Communist Party of China in leading the national democratic Political Process includes inner-Party democracy, inter-Party democracy, democracy and social democracy, and the democratic ability is also the Party’s ability in construction and develoPment of democracy in these four areas, the Party＆#39;s democracy is thus realized. The Communist Party of China attaches great imPortance to the democracy of the Party;the Party＆#39;s democratic ability is an imPortant content of the Party＆#39;s ability.
